Autumn

The dew on the grass and the long shadows give away the fact that it’s September, but the temperature certainly doesn’t. I went for a walk to the park, there were a few kids around, most have gone back to school today - I remember the sinking feeling at the start of the autumn term very well; it’s a long slog to Christmas now.
