This grand building ...

... is the former Govan Town Hall. Built between 1897 and 1902, it was designed by Thomson and Sandilands. B listed.
When Govan became part of Glasgow in 1912 it was used by the council for various purposes and unfortunately "refurbished" in the 70s with very little of the original ornate interior remaining. It's now a base for the film and tv industry.
