Day of the triffids

Another beautiful morning sunshine a bit of a breeze but quite warm already.
Take a drive around the city and you will see planters everywhere with all different types of plants and flowers, these plants are straight into the ground and they ar3 just up the road from where I live and outside the police station, they always remind me of the film the day of the triffids.
