to hot to go outside am feeling fragile after warm noghts…..so an ‘older’ photo today…

the blessings group started again this morning after our summer break….it was a fab time….
i ordered a new Tempur pillow as i had mine at least 9 years….am very much looking forward to receiving it! 
an early blip, and then i am taking a siesta….hoping to sleep better
