Orchard Eves Pudding

I spent Saturday afternoon making food for the family get together on Sunday but unfortunately in our rush to hit the M5 on Sunday morning, we left the pudding at home so we had to buy ready made from Gloucester services . 
So here we are on Monday eating said pudding !!! :)
