Another One... So Common...

I know, I said I wouldn't do another dragonfly. But how was I to ignore this Common Darter, presented as he is with such a backdrop from the euonymus? Promise I'll try and find a nice boring building at some stage, or maybe a bee on a flower...

Such a hot day. I tried taking Morrigan out for a ride but it was too hot to be comfortable. Janet retired to a darkened room after lots of work in the garden; aches and pains too many to mention, although we did get a walk in the cooler morning.

I've no idea how we're going to manage with temperatures in Lisbon later this month. Although, looking at the weather sites, it's cooler there than here! How impactful that Jet Stream is...
