Lace

One of these days I will eventually upload blips on the day I take them...

We are in the dying days of summer now. The abundance of flowers is fading and leaving behind fantasy constructions like this nest of Queen Anne's Lace. 

I had never looked at these in so much detail before. I love the little spiky burrs and the spongy looking interior. Seeing the world in macro is a great way to change your perspective.
