Disappointed my mentor

Today post work I went for a dinner organised to say goodbye to Ethan my dear intern. Colleagues from the old job along with Ethan came from the AIM conference at the Bayes Center. I was invited to this conference months ago, but could not make it due to the new job. I wanted to go to see my mentor Gon. He mentioned to my colleague that I had not replied to his email. I realised that I had upset him by not keeping him informed.

Ethan did not want to take photo but I am sure he will have an exciting time at Oxford, he has my blessings as always.
