Red Squirrel ( Sciurus vulgaris )

Having visited Shap Wells a few days ago we knew it was accessible for Kany, so we decided that for our Wednesday with him this week, we would go there.

When we arrived at the area most people seem to use to watch the squirrels there were two ladies there.  In a little while a squirrel arrived when it left there was a short period with no squirrels and the Ladies left.  Squirrels reappeared and we were kept busy with the cameras.  Eventually we declared enough and made our way back to the hotel for coffee.
