Mourning Cloak butterfly (Nymphalis antiopa)

A very wide-spread butterfly found in northern areas of Eurasia and America. They are visitors to Britain (Camberwell Beauty) but need it to be properly cold in the winter so they can hibernate.They live about 11 or 12 months.
