Salvia

A very hot sunny day and after my husband returned from a Pilates class we set off for a journey to visit my cousin.

It was a fairly long drive and as l missed the turn off onto the M4 we ended up taking a scenic route when we next came off the M5. It wasn’t a problem and the journey was fairly pleasant. The air conditioning was coping well with the high temperatures outside ie up to 30C and we arrived at my cousins house in the late afternoon.

We hadn’t seen her for many years and not visited her new property before so it was lovely to catch up on all the news and see where she is now living. A lovely evening.

Today’s blip is of a colourful Salvia in her garden.
