Scrawny old man

Don't like pictures of me but thought I'd share this. You can see my shoulders don't often see the sun - and were well sun-screened today.
We did this 10k in Livingston, good course, good run. It was sunny and quite hot but that was ok. I said the other day I wouldn't get within 10 minutes of the last time I ran a 10k race in 1986, but I wasn't far off. 46:22 today was 10:12 slower than then.
After the run we went up to Pitlochry to see Mrs RT's mother, brother and sister-in-law who are there overnight tonight on their way homoe from a holiday in Orkney.
