Basedul

Here is our lovely young wwoofer, Basedul, from Bangladesh.   He is being such a great help around here and is so full of curiosity and he is so open hearted.

We had Danielle here for dinner...she has completed her 3 year retreat and leaves tomorrow...so we had a celebratory dinner which Basedul made.  Spicy chicken in a tortilla wrap...so delicious!

Got the handles on all the mugs and cups - trimmed some bowls and had an awesome massage....albeit a bit hard at times...it's been 5 weeks since my last visit to Rae and it showed!
