Sun on Water
After months without sunsets, I just can’t help returning to West Shore this evening. I’ll never tire of watching the sun sink down here, and never cease to be amazed at just how every sunset’s different.
Tonight’s more of a classic scene I feel, a golden glow cast over sea and sky with a few narrow streaks of cloud adding to the interest. The long reflected glint of setting sun stretches from horizon to beyond the shore, continued by the water standing on the still-wet sand.
Apart from this, my day is garden-based, with yet another visitor. After what seems like weeks of ‘isolation’, all this socialising is exhausting! Seriously, it’s lovely to feel up to chatting, and while I’m hoping my improvements in mobility and pain levels will be sustained, it’s good to make the most of things right now.
Many thanks for all your lovely comments, stars and hearts for yesterday’s ‘Last Light’.
Thanks also to Bobsblips for hosting!
