Sphinx Rock, Wainstones

I nearly went with this one for sentimental reasons. I was working today, assessing a scout leader for his climbing permit. Jaden, my son, came along to pretend to be one of the scouts he will teach to climb. In this (folio) shot you can see him nearly finished. The route goes from the bottom right of the picture then follows the crack that runs horizontally to finish under the Sphinx's nose. It's quite exposed and graded "severe" He fell off once but re-climbed from the ground. I think he did well for an 11 year old.
