A new day, a new life…thanks for all the positivity yesterday, it was just what the Dr would’ve ordered. The usual Zumba, cuppa and walk along the prom this morning. It was very warm and muggy at Zumba but quite fresh on the prom as the sun hasn’t burnt through the slight haar today…which is a bit of a shame after all the nice days we’ve had. Walking group this evening so I’m having a quiet afternoon though I may nip to the shops and stock up before I lose the car to the boys again! 

Eldest is off to London this afternoon to catch an overnight flight to South Africa with his girlfriend, I got a message asking if I knew where the key was for the padlock attached to the suitcase mid morning! Err no…possibly down here; cut it off and buy a new one!
