Eftichia

Another cloudy and at times very wet day. It's the first time since we've been coming to Arillas that we have had two 'bad' days in a row.
In the morning we went for a long walk round the village and up the hill managing to avoid getting too wet. As we passed we booked a table at Eftichia restaurant as it is just round the corner from our studio. It has lots of sunflowers in the garden.
It wasn't too bad when we walked back round but it poured as we ate our meal. We were dry but just feet away the rain was coming in through the straw part of the roof, a strange experience. 
There was a quiz night on at the bar so we joined in with that. We got 18 out of 20 on the first round but obviously peaked too soon as we didn't match that again. We weren't last or first but had good fun.
