NOT VERY TALL SHIP

Today we took three big bags of books to yet another secondhand bookshop then went to Redcar and had lunch in a little café beside the boating lake. We watched the local model boat club sailing their boats on the other side and unfortunately this one had been taken out of the water by the time I got the camera out. It was worth a blip, even so.

Wild Girls get-together tonight, although there have been so many apologies (holidays, apparently. Dear me - no commitment!), there'll probably only be about four of us there. Never mind, more of Kathryn's delicious cakes for the rest of us. And one of the Margarets is collecting books for another good cause so I'll be taking another bagful with me.
