Dentist

I hate going to the dentist, yet not needed treatment for some years. Today she told me I need a filling.
Far too hot for me and Hetty, took her on an early walk and again after dinner, but still very warm so didn’t walk far.
She has spent most of the day in the shaded area of the garden.
Went round to daughters and had a few hours with grandson. Took him to the play area but it was too hot so didn’t play for long. He was covered in sun cream and kept drinking his water, but still was a bit sticky and happy to get back in his buggy and be walked round in the shade of the trees.
Can’t believe how well he is walking now.
