The Chapel collective

Had a lovely blip meet today with Carol & Anne, aka Evolybab & Winchwench. We met up in Chapel St Leonard’s just up the coast from Skegness, where Carol was having a little staycation in the cutest little chalet!

After a natter over a coffee, we took a little drive into the centre, passed two venues where C gigs, then up onto the coastal path, a leisurely stroll to the Observatory for lunch, Carol recommended the prawn salad, it was delish!

Had to be a mini collage today, a view from the coastal path towards the beach huts and the observatory, the obligatory selfie of course and lunch beside the sea, taken by a nice lady in the next table & the coastguards office, from inside the observatory.

On our walk back, we stopped and treated ourselves to a Mr Whippy 99 :-p there is evidence of them somewhere, think Anne has that one :-)

Back to the chalet, another coffee and an even longer chinwag, about all kinds, before we realised it, it was 6pm!!

We said our goodbyes until next time…… Anne & I have committed to meet up again whilst I’m staying in Lincoln, as we are not too far from each other……can’t beat a blipmeet:-).
