Time for a bit of renovation. We brought this window from our old home when we moved. It was our front-door-window, but was showing it’s age and was in dire need of restoration. So I made a new window for the door and brought this with us. Wisdom would say that we should take it apart and renew the lead, repairing the broken glass. But we’ve spent so much of our lives making good out of things that were deemed useless that I’m trying to keep as much of the old window as possible. So it’s a bit of an adventure. I’ll re-solder and perhaps use an epoxy pour resin in the hope of keeping as much as possible. It’ll find a new home in the door of my new workshop, which is where it is right now. Here goes ……
