A quiet day today.
An early visit to the plot where a local cat has decided to use my recently onion/garlic as a toilet... Grhhhh!!! Now covered with saved pea sticks. Watered toms, ciurgettes, & sweetcorn. Picked the last of the runner beans. Cut leaf of French beans to let plump bean pods ripen. Walked up to town for the newspaper.
Down to CK. Tesco ready meal was given the thumbs up. Hoorah!! Sorted technical hitch with tv. No picture.. Da-dah!. Only achieved after pressing various buttons, no idea about techie stuff.
Walked Indie, visited the patch with the Badger sett, still action. Never did visit at dusk.
Paid alpotment fees at Town Hall. Police meeting before searching for a elderly man missing from home since last Friday. Home again. A bit of on-line admin done, then sewing jobs completed. Just the ironing pile to tackle. Dropped hubby up to pub then drove across to se Jan for a coffee & natter. She's off to Tuscany with N & C for her birthday so wanted to give her a card & pressie as well.
