Leaf fall has started.  

It was very foggy first thing, and the fog horns were audible from the port, occasionally in chords. There was some sunshine in the early afternoon. 

Quick visit to the auctioneers in the morning, to check on a carpet. Found one I wanted, and succeeded in buying it. ( extra). It's 4 x 3 m. 

A couple of video calls, and another early evening walk walk around the lanes.
