Overcoming Fatigue.
Hello Everyone,
I was watching something the other day that suggested one could structure your training with 5 days on and two days off… They suggested that with two days recovery you could 100%(ish) overcome the fatigue you built up over the previous 5 days. This is quite a different approach than I have taken in the past, but I am a far older person than before and have been quite inactive for a long time. I think I will try this for a month or so and see how I get on.
Some new bib shorts arrived today (Photo); I have not tried this brand before.
