Scorchio!!!!

Been a wonderful day.

I walked to the gym, had a fantabulous time and even did some dead lifting!! Then walked home.

Now this is big for me. My abilities to walk on wonky paths and steep curbs has improved immensely since I started working with a personal trainer.
