Well Done Nigel

A post swim birthday breakfast for Nigel here who celebrated his 70th birthday by swimming the length of Windermere on Wednesday. That's about 10 miles. He said his shoulders were still a bit sore today,  so for a change I swam further than he did this morning.   Nigel's breakfast venue of choice is Yew Tree Barn where we spent a very pleasant morning in the sun.
