Had a lovely call with Sarah in the morning and she is super interested in joining my program - so happy.

Coaching in the afternoon and then we had possibly the last BBQ in our garden.

It was such a lovely day.

We were early on the couch as we started early.

I am a bit under the weather these days - hope it passes soon ....
