The Light Catcher

Today we visited the American museum gardens. It had a lovely display but the heat was just too intense. We managed a coffee and a short walk and then gave up and came back to the campsite. 

This beautiful flower seemed to be enjoying the glorious hot sun, stretching it’s petals upwards as if to embrace the rays.
