Music in Killane

Over the autumn months, various string quartets are making short tours in Ireland.  The Carducci Quartet are the first, and one of their concerts was in St Ann's Church, in Killan.

And very good it was too.

Earlier in the day we went back in to Waterford, dropped off my elderly sewing machine for some TLC, and picked up the new one.  We also collected some screws purchased on Click and Collect from Screwfix.

We ate an late lunch/early dinner at The Rhu Glenn Hotel, and then I spent an hour or so unboxing and playing with my new toy.

Then an excellent concert.  

There are several more over the course of the next few months in venues reasonably close to home - may be booking more tickets shortly.
