Two sets of eyes

Do you see them?

One set of eyes in the foreground, the large globular street lamp, and the second set is in the background, on top of the Washington Monument, the two little black spots which are the windows of the observation deck.

At night, you can see two red flashing lights instead of the windows, they are aircraft warning light but they kind of look like red blinking eyes, spooky. Maybe a future blip.
