Another scorcher

This was Irene and David's last day with us, so we enjoyed  a nice brunch in the village and then just chilled around the house with the fan on before Rob took them to the airport in the evening.
Every evening we watched  (re-watched in our case) an episode of the Star Trek series "Strange New Worlds" as they are fans of the series too. It's fair to say that Captain Pike and the crew were creeping into my dreams by the end of the week. 
It was sooo good to have them here, to have amazing weather and to go on so many day trips. Rob and I feel like we had a holiday too.
