Little and Large

This ride has two hills and you guessed it, one's pretty small and the other (blipped) is a spectacular road that cuts up the middle of Plenmeller Common in a never ending straight line at a perfect happy gradient. What a joy!  

The headwind on the way there was the perfect cooler and up here, I had a delightful crosswind reducing the temperature by a few welcome degrees. 

(I should have written these up on the day but forgot. I think today's outing with Little Dog first thing was to Birdoswald which was too early for it to be open but we don't go very far so a sniff around the grounds was good enough for Little Dog)
