Tiny Dancer

I came upon this pearl crescent butterfly (Phyciodes tharos) on my walk on this morning. It was sitting on some yellow flowers by the side of the road. It was just a tiny, intricate, beautiful thing, maybe a bit bigger than a dime.

The tiny butterfly said that it wanted to entertain the people and give them hope, and so I should take pictures as it danced among the yellow flowers. And so I did, and IT did. Here is a photo of the tiny dancer.  <3
