Walk & Talk

Back out with the first person I ever took for an 'official' Wellness Walk today, honoured to still be part of his journey, fantastic proof that it can get better.

We were (relatively) early, but Keswick was heaving. Great Calf Bay was like a Spanish beach -, but lovely to see so many people enjoying the Great Outdoors despite the National Trust's best efforts to make it elitist.

I think I've commented on it before, but it's fascinating to see Missy's behaviour in the water change when she has her pfd on.
