A behind the scenes tour of The Palace Theatre and Grand Hall for Doors Open. A great tour with lots of interesting stories including that 'The Ballroom Blitz' by The Sweet was written after a riotous gig in the Grand Hall and also the secret on how the cream on panto pies is made. The venue will close after this year's panto for a £20m refurbishment.
