Picnic

It was a busy day today!

OO graduated from her first year at both her Chinese School and her music class, and the ceremony and recital fell on the same day. Speak about eventful!

It's been an amazing journey, witnessing OO grew by leaps and bounds in the past year. At times I questioned myself for putting her through these classes because it was an insane amount of work for both of us. Frustrating is an understatement at certain times. But witnessing her today, all proud and confident, we both agreed that it was all worthwhile.

So the sisters decided to celebrate the success by having an indoor picnic with some Melissa and Doug donuts and singing happy birthday (!).
