Bustling

Long lie this morning and then after breakfast we walked down to the High Street for a shop. It was really busy and gridlocked with traffic (bridge roadworks). Good to hear the town band playing. Mr P carried on up to the Hydro, but I was still recovering from all yesterday’s activities. After lunch I reluctantly left the sunny garden and had a clearout of my sons’ wardrobes. Long overdue as it even included their school uniforms!
We had an Indian takeaway from Shukria tonight as son no 3 is flying off to Barcelona tomorrow morning. He’s currently trying to shoehorn his clothes into a not very big suitcase. We’re driving him to Newcastle Airport, so early start.
