An asteroid was named after this magnificent woman

Professor Marcia Langton spoke with Ken Wyatt in Margaret River on the YES case for our upcoming referendum on The Voice to acknowledge First Nations people in the Constitution and insert a mechanism for a direct voice to parliament on issues that concern Aboriginals and Torres Straight Islanders.
This woman has made a huge contribution to championing better social determinants for Aboriginals in this country and co chaired the Co- Design report with Prof Tom Calma which is the suggested framework for the Voice.
Prof Langton has achieved many, many awards and is officially regarded as one of the top twenty intellectuals in Australia.
