8am looks like

Another wonderful hot day.
My friend swimming away in the background..
It was cold but then body adapts.
Fred went off on a run to Worthing and back..
Then back home for breakfast and then.off walk to  our village, 4mins stopped at another local.
Then back so they could miss the Goodwood traffic
Just another beautiful  day with our friends booked up till End November!! Our children have to book
