Sitting

Llyn Tegid this morning was perfect for two middle aged women to practice their Sitting down Stand Up Paddleboarding..

Neither of us managed to fall in, which was pretty amazing. And both of us were standing up for more than we weren't. Which is also pretty amazing.

After lunch we (took out coats) and went for a gentle walk round the hills and rivers around the llyn. Luckily it didn't really rain until we were about 30 mins from home and it was warm and gentle rather than horizontal.

Sunday roast for dinner later. It will be  an earlish start home tomorrow morning. I don't imagine the trip home on a Monday will be as smooth as the trip up on a Friday.
