Covent Garden.

A surprise trip to London for hubby’s birthday. He only knew where we were going not who we were meeting or doing. It was a lovely, if a tad hot! Saw a comedy called The Crown Jewels then headed to Covent Garden for drinks at The Punch & Judy. This gorilla resides outside the pub, advertising a wildlife charity. Then off to Gauchos for dinner. R& J headed back to Sheffield- their train is only a 2 hour journey which always impresses me. We were home before them - but not a huge difference really when you consider the distance. They await their first grandchild -any day now.
