Blackberrying...

Haven't been blackberrying for at least fifty years. It was a delight today... all last year I kept thinking we should remember to take a bag when we went for a walk and finally today, the bag was there! We are at the end of blackberry season.. they are sweet and plentiful and falling into our hands.
Anyway, long walk in sticky humid heat, lots of blackberries and blackberry and apple crumble already in the making.
