Cartmel racecourse

Our last full day with C. A walk from Holker to Cartmel this morning before the rain. We returned to Holker by a slightly different route and had coffee at Holker Hall.

From here a quick nip home for a shower and out to roast Sunday lunch at Yew Tree Barn. Quite delicious. We have eaten so much since C arrived and it has been lovely.

Thundery rain and quite a bit cooler now.
