Wellness Walk on Wheels - Niddry Burn

Well the heat has relented, much more comfortable in the ward. My injuries were pretty painful last night, so had to get some extra pain relief. Slept very well after that.

Still no rain though. even the vegetation along the burn looks parched.

Was taken on a different route along the Wellness walk by eldest son. He's not very good at steering the wheelchair. I can only go short distances on my own as I only have 1 arm to work the chair. Scooting along backwards doesn't seem very safe. At least the afternoon coffee is good.
