"Wut?!?"

Family walk today just East of Buxton that took in Chee Dale, lovely hamlet of Wormhill and back to the car along the Monsal Trail. Whilst the weather was still hot, there was the benefit of lots of shade via Limestone cuttings & tree canopy.

The inquisitive Owl (a ruse to scare off other birds) was 'perched' on the side of a barn in Wormhill where we saw participants of what looked like a cycle-sportive event woosh by, before following a sign for St.Margaret's Church where we took a breather in it's quiet grounds. The Monsal Trail, being a disused railway bed, was nice & flat for an easy return including three tunnels along the stretch we walked.
