Challenging

The last few weeks have been challenging.. physically, mentally and spiritually.
This morning’s teaching added another challenge.. a hard one for me.
Looking at this seed head of the white rose bay willow herb flower that I enjoy as much as the flowers, if not more, reminded that a new season is approaching .. and a new start, a new step forward.
