Pumpkin and Ricotta Cannelloni.
I was going to cook this tonight, but I didn't read how long it was going to take, 45 mins prep, 50 mins cooking time.
Found some pasta sauce in the freezer, so with some pasta and parmesan, I made a passable meal.
The cannelloni will be made tomorrow now.
Had a lovely day. Went to see my sister with Alexandra. She's recovering well from her operation, plus she's lost a fair bit of weight, always a bonus.
Then went to lunch with Alexandra.
A lovely day all round, weather was good too.
