Lovely hot day, playing in the paddling pool, going to the garden centre and getting as many kisses and cuddles from my sexy kids as possible.

Still feeling crap with constant sore throat but have realised I have been living on white bread and peanut butter for about three months.

Will eat some goodness tomorrow but only when the white bread runs out
