Back of Las Colonias

Really for our own records, but this is the back of this row of little houses in the only old passageway that is being kept and will be part of the new public space and garden. Here's the front, taken just a couple of days ago:

We aren't quite sure what they're going to do here, but they have knocked down everything (including the front patios) except the facade of the houses on the left-hand side of the passageway and have built some kind of metal structure. So, they must be going to rebuild something - we're thinking either a little museum or gallery of the original colonial or maybe space for workshops etc.  The little houses on the right-hand side and their patios in front are all boarded up, but still standing. Watch this space.
