Went for an interesting hike into the Colli Senesi (just crossed the border from Maremma to Tuscany). 3 hours in the shade of the dense forest besides two small rivers in the Parco Naturale Alto Merse. A great work out for finally „thinking“ Bistecca Fiorentina tonight.

Also the little towns on the hills in Maremma are also very scenic but often with little life. The younger generation nowadays finds work only in the bigger regional cities, if at all.
